CANCELLATION POLICIES AND WITHDRAWAL FORM

For Private Lessons:

  1. Membership may be cancelled with a 14-day notice before the 1st of the month by submitting our online cancellation form (A $25 returning student registration fee will be required to re-enroll).

  2. Cancellation will be effective as of the month next tuition is due. You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect, but your teacher and/or time slot can not be guaranteed.

  3. Membership is not transferable.

  4. LeClu Music and Art school does not provide tuition refund under any circumstances.

  5. LeClu Music and Art school reserves the right to terminate membership, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.

For example, if you submit the online cancellation form on the 20th of May, you will still be billed for June and there will be no more bill after June.

For Group Classes:

You may withdraw from a class before or within 24 hours after the first class by returning the completed withdrawal form.

  • LeClu Music and Art shool will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first class) and material fee (unopened materials only). The registration fee is non-refundable.

  • There is no refund for withdrawing anytime thereafter for any reason.

COVID-19 Update: As a small family owned, local business, we are doing all we can to support our teachers during this extremely difficult time. One way you can help to support your teacher's livelihood is by continuing attending your lessons online and not withdrawing.
