GROUP CLASS STUDIO POLICIES

Membership Tuition: 

​

1. A $40 one time, non-refundable registration fee is due at initial sign-up. 

2. Tuition is a flat monthly fee. Most months have four (4) or five (5) lessons, and on rare occasions, three (3) lessons when in observance of major national holidays.

3. Membership guarantees a regular weekly lesson.

4. As a service to our valued members, we provide two (2) yearly family days performance opportunities at no additional cost (Thanksgiving recital and Easter recital, on a first come first serve basis. Accompaniments and rehearsals are included in membership).

One (1) yearly Honors Recital performance opportunity (based on teacher selection).

5. Educational material, music books, instrument rental and other accessories are additional cost.​

6. Membership Tuition is due monthly on the first of each month and billed automatically to your credit card (VISA or Mastercard). A $15 late fee will be charged for late payments. A 15 fee will be charged for each returned check.

 .

Missed Classes: There is no make-up or credit for any missed Group Classes. This includes enrolling later in the session and there is no proration on your tuition.

Cancellation: LeClu Music and Art School reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another class.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw from a class at any time. To stop your payments, you can complete the withdrawal form in our website www.leclu.org or  send us a cancellation email to info@leclu.org  by the 15th of the current month to take effect and avoid payment for the next month. For example, if the month is May and  you don’t want to make June’s payment the withdrawal form or the cancellation email needs to be sent on or before May 15th.

Refund: There will be no refunds under any circumstance, but service credits can be provided.

Care of Students: LeClu Music and Art School is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Parents/legal guardians should drop off and pick up on time.

​

Injuries: You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in musical activities at LeClu Music and Art School and agree to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge LeClu Music and Art School and its officers and staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of their participation in LeClu Music and Art School musical activities.

Photo/Video Release: Unless requested in writing, LeClu Music and Art School is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials LeClu Music and Art School creates. Permission is also hereby granted for LeClu Music and Art School to copyright such photographs in its name. Permission covers videos of classes, recitals, and other performing events.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Anyone found to be abusing our staff, offerings and/or policies will be permanently prohibited from future lessons.

 

 

I hereby agree to the following:

 

  • I certify I am 18 or older and the legal parent/guardian of the child being enrolled.

  • I agree to a onetime registration fee, starting at the time of the initial enrollment.

  • I agree to student’s method/book fee if any.

  • I agree to monthly tuition fee as an automatic recurring charge to my credit card, or automatic debit to my checking/savings account, charged on the 28th " day of each month, until I or the school cancels the recurring charge, as outlined in the terms of this agreement.

  • I agree that this authorization remains in full force and effect until a withdrawal is processed through the school by the 15th day of the month prior to the next billing date

  • I certify that I am the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking account use for this transaction.

  • I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

  • I understand that, if the school is unable to process my payment on the due date for any reason (expired card - declined transaction – insufficient funds,) a $15 fee, in addition to any bank fees, will be added to my balance.

  • I understand that, if my credit card or bank account payment fails to authorize, the school shall try to clarify the situation and collect payment.

  • I agree that if there is a special circumstance which means I will be unable to pay the bill, I will let the school know within 7-days of the deadline to find solutions that help the client, the student, and the school.

  • I have no objection to the School Policies and agree to abide by their terms. I understand that the school shall have the right to amend and update its Policies from time to time.
